Hey there!!! Welcome to my blog...


My name is Evelyn and I have three beautiful children, two crazy dogs and a wonderful husband. My fitness transformation has been ongoing for several years, I have always been a fan of fitness but it wasn't until early 2014 that I really became aware of how crucial nutrition is to a healthy lifestyle. I stumbled upon the 21 Day Fix and was intrigued by the simplicity of the program. I took the plunge and ordered the Challenge Pack. From the moment I did the very first workout I was hooked. I love the ease of the program and how user friendly every part of it is. This couldn't have happened at a better time in my life. I struggle with low thyroid function which makes losing weight a bit of a slower process. After three kids my body isn't the same and I really had a hard time nailing down how to eat and workout to get in shape. 

After the first round of 21 days, things had changed. I felt different!! Not only did my physical appearance look different but I had more energy, I was happier and my whole outlook had changed--for the better. My family noticed a difference, I was happier and they became more supportive of my efforts which made me want to keep going. It has been a journey, it's not always easy but I am a true work in progress. I have learned so much, I know that there will always be more to learn however I find meal planning easier and more fun. I look forward to trying new recipes, my kids have taken to the lifestyle change as well. They help plan meals and have really taken to trying new foods. 

When I look in the mirror I no longer cringe at what I see anymore--that feels good. Knowing that I don't have to worry about my clothes not fitting and feeling uncomfortable makes me happy. The increase in my energy and having a positive outlook only confirms my decision to start this journey.

I decided to become a Beachbody Coach because I truly believe in the products. If I can help one person feel better about themselves I will be ecstatic. I want to inspire others to lead a healthier lifestyle. It is totally possible to eat well without all the extra "junk" in processed foods. It is possible to live a busy life and still be able to incorporate exercise into your daily routine. It is possible to meal plan and prepare ahead of time without over-thinking it. It is possible to lead a healthy lifestyle and motivate your family to do the same! It is possible to live life to the fullest without feeling TIRED!! I am so excited to live this life!!
